Laura Ring

Elizabeth is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor with a Master's in Social Work from Florida State University.  She began studying Pilates as a client in 2015, where she quickly developed a passion for the method and worked towards attaining her certification in Power Pilates.  When she is not teaching at the studio, she is working as a social worker at a local rehabilitative hospital.  Whether as a social worker or a Pilates instructor, Elizabeth is passionate about helping others achieve their goals. She believes that it is never too late to choose health and hopes to empower her clients to reach their full potential.


Trish is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor with a Bachelor's in Comparative Literature from University of Virginia, a Master's in Spanish from Middlebury College, and a law degree from Florida State University College of Law.   Aside from her extensive experience working as a Legal Writing Professor at Florida State University College of Law, her passion for Pilates has led her to train for her certification since 2015.  Being specialized in total body strengthening, conditioning and ideal alignment, Trish is excited to help others reap the physical and mental benefits that Pilates offers.

Studio Policies


Carri is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor with a B.F.A. in Dance.  Upon graduating from Florida State University in 2013, she continues her performance career at The Tallahassee Ballet.  Since being introduced to STOTT PILATES®, the method has helped solidify and enhance her dance technique, allowing more freedom of movement and expression.  Carri has extensive experience adding TRX Suspension Training and Athletic Conditioning to the Pilates repertoire.  Since teaching at Core Aspirations, she can share the many advantages of Pilates with others.

Meet the Team

Laura is the owner of CORE Aspirations Pilates and Fitness Studio.  Bringing wellness and healthy exercise to the Tallahassee community is her goal.  As a Level I and II STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor with a B.S. in Exercise Science, she has specialized training in Injury and Special Populations, Total Barre, TRX Suspension Training, and Athletic Conditioning.  Since 2006, she has been instructing Pilates with personal experience in working with Athletes and Special Populations, including Multiple Sclerosis, Scoliosis, Hip Replacements, Osteoporosis, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Spinal Nerve Issues, Spinal Fusions, and injuries in all joints.

Benefits of Pilates

Hope Eltomi is a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor with a B.F.A. in Dance from Florida State University in 2012.  Upon graduating in 2012, she has been a principle dancer with The Tallahassee Ballet, Hope has personally experienced the formative and strengthening benefits of the Pilates spring resistance, especially in disc related back injuries.  She enjoys helping people attain a broader range of mobility with the Pilates repertoire and improve with each class.
